Please contact us for one of our custom sites. We can answer
your questions about hosting costs, site design, domain name registration, search
engine submission, moving a site....and more. It depends on too many factors for
us to cover here, so please contact us and we'll
help you figure out the details. The items below may answer some of your questions,
so please take a moment to read them.
We'll keep the fine print simple.......
We cannot possibly foresee every contingency,
but we will try to work with you fairly.
- You will provide all text for your website. We do
not write your articles, descriptions or product material. After all, you know
your products better than anyone. Text must be provided digitally, in an email, or as an attachment
using Word.
- When taking your photos, try to select a plain background.
It is in your best interest to display your work at it's best.
- Photos should be scanned by you. If you do not have
a scanner, most Office Supply stores and some small printing outfits will scan
them for you and save to a cd. We will happily do it for you for a small fee.
We cannot be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs in the mailing process.
- Send us your color preferences if you have them. Just
tell us what you like. If you are unsure we will study your artwork/products and
choose a color scheme that will enhance and show your work at it's best.
- Our website designs involve a certain amount of individualized creative
work; for this reason it is not possible to give standard delivery times. 50% of the webdesign fee is payable in advance once an agreement has been
reached and a contract signed. Balance upon completion/site launch, or as stated in the contract. The first quarter hosting fee must be paid with
the 50% deposit to create an online account.
- Hosting fees must be paid in advance, quarterly. This
service may be canceled by either party with 30 days notice before the 14th of any month. If you fail to notify
us you will be responsible for any charges incurred. As a reminder you will be
billed by your webkeeper two weeks in advance each quarter. You may mail a check
or pay by credit card (via Pay Pal).
- Once an agreement has been reached please use our shopping cart for check
or credit card payment. The cart will generate a receipt that will be emailed
to you for your records.
- It is our aim to be a good hosting service and our goal to
establish a good working arrangement with our clients. We plan on being around
for as long as you need us.
